RETURNS POLICY


At asunsti we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept exchanges and refunds of online purchases. The beauty of hand work is in its irregularity. As every inch of our fabric, accessories and garments is crafted by hand, by making an order you accept that there may be slight irregularities in weave, colour and pattern.  We feel this adds uniqueness and individuality.

a) Cancellations

Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is only possible before the item has been dispatched. 

b) Refund policy

We accept returns for refunds or replacements  within 28 days of receipt of the product by the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with no traces of make-up or perfume, no snags, and with the tag attached. It must be returned with the original packaging and any accessories. Used items will not be eligible for a refund. The customer is requested - please - to email us within 14 days of receipt, requesting a refund and stating the reason. We will aim to reply within 2 working days and provide instructions for the return of the item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, we will immediately refund the full product price through your original  payment method. You will receive a confirmation email  of this refund. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded unless you have received the wrong item, or there is some fault with your order.
